The many uses of brass and copper—two of the most resilient metals accessible—for construction, music and automobile applications have been well documented, but recently, they have been steadily making their way into the residential setting, especially for interior décors. Designers have found bold ways to utilize these metals in enhancing the appeal of a home. Although initially relegated to the more lustrous chrome and nickel, they are definitely making a comeback.
